Whateverr (“we”/ “us”) respects user (“you/your”) privacy and has developed this Privacy Policy to show its commitment to protecting your privacy as well as comply with the Apple App Store Requirements. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how that information may be used, the third party information that is used, and how it may impacts you. By using the Whateverr website or mobile app (our "App”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect about you:
In General - We do not collect any personal information about you. We're not like your friendly neighborhood social media conglomerate. Data however may be collected from third parties such as Google Analytics to best serve ads. Information you provide - You will also be asked to allow Whateverr to collect your location information from your device when you download or use the App. Your geolocation will be used to configure your location and find any restaurants within a certain radius. Your location will not be directly stored in an external database, shared with the Whateverr team, and can only be accessed locally. Information from other sources - Whateverr pulls information from the Yelp database using our API calls. We do not pull any personal, non-personal, or sensitive information from the Yelp businesses or third parties of which you might have an affiliated account.
Information collected automatically - We automatically collect information from your browser or device when you visit the Whateverr website. This information could include your IP address, device ID and type, your browser type and language, or access times and are related to the third party analytics collecting service hosted by Adobe and Google Analytics.
Phone IDs - If you're using our App, we use mobile device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer) to store your Whateverr settings preferences. This mobile device ID is also shared with Google Analytics.
Changes to this Privacy Policy -
We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our App, or advances in technology. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Please check it out when it updates and read through it. Continuing to use the App following changes to this policy will mean you accept those changes. If you do not consent to such changes you can just delete the app.
